Athearn HO Scale GP40-2L Locomotive with DCC and Sound, Maine Central #270, Model ATHG64946

This GP40‑2L is excellent overall, strong pull, realistic horn and idle sounds. Definitely worth getting.

I wasn’t expecting this to be this good, but the paint and tiny parts are crisp and accurate. Sounds are clean and not tinny, and it runs so smooth you barely hear the wheels. One of the nicest engines I’ve added to my layout.
