Our customers can be assured that the purchase of any of our products is guaranteed 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it at our expense for a store credit or full refund.

RETURN POLICY

Free Return Shipping: We have a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it for a full refund or store credit. The one exception is that during any given Thanksgiving and Christmas Holiday Season, if you buy a product after November 15, the return date will be extended to January 31 of the next year.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. The package may have been opened and the product slightly used but not damaged. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After we receive your email requesting a return or refund, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

You can always contact us for any shipping or return question at admin@bymrr.store. You will receive a reply within 24 hours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
This does not really apply to us at this time since we do not ship outside of the United States.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 business days or less. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 30 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not received either store credit or refund, please contact us at admin@bymrr.store or call 757-816-8399. 

Delivery delays: If your order has not been received within 10 days from the date of purchase, please notify us, so we can apply a store credit or refund to your account. If your product arrives after that, you may keep the product and the refund.
