All aboard the Bachmann 2-8-4 Berkshire Steam Locomotive! HO with DCC sound.

Very happy with it overall. Strong pulling power and the sound functions work well. I had to tweak the volume a bit to suit my taste, but after that it’s been great. Solid engine and definitely a good addition to any steam collection.

I bought this as my first steam locomotive and I’m honestly impressed. Setup was simple with DCC, and the detail is beautiful up close. It crawls nicely at slow speed and handles a long train without struggling. Everyone who sees it asks where I got it. No regrets at all.

Man… this thing sounds incredible. The chuff and whistle gave me goosebumps the first time I powered it up. Runs smooth and pulls like a beast. Easily the star of my layout now.
